Agreement not to expand NATO and establishment of Ukraine as a neutral country. 

No to a No Fly Zone   A no-fly zone would mean U.S. fighter jets shooting down Russian planes, a U.S.-Russia war—possibly a nuclear one.

Peace Action WI believes that non-violence and peace talks are the only path forward to peace.
