This 3 and 1/2 hour-long rally is sponsored by the Japanese Ukrainian Culture Association (NPO) 特定非営利活動法人 日本ウクライナ文化協会 . It will be held after the previous event on the west side of the La Chic building. (That one only goes from 11:00 to 11:20). The following is the schedule:
