Join us in Santa Barbara for a rally outside of Congressman Carbajal's office and a street vigil on Hope to demand that he support de-escalation and negotiation, not weapons, as part of the UNAC, Martin Luther King weeks of action. Following our visit to Carbajal's office, we will conduct a street vigil at the end of Hope Street, across from the freeway.
